This website features the e-shop under the name “zoubeeyaya” and the trade name Anastasios Zoumpoulis (VAT no. 037498296, Kalamata Tax Office), for the sake of brevity hereinafter referred to as “zoubeeyaya”, based in Kyparissia, 3, Meliou str. 24500, tel. +302761023119, +306944411073, e-mail: [email protected] , [email protected] which aims to take the best possible care of its customers’ needs by providing them with information on the product offer and the possibility to shop online through remote, online or phone ordering and payment, subject to stock availability.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Any user who enters the e-shop and makes use of its services, unconditionally accepts and agrees to the terms set forth herein. Any user who does not agree with these terms and conditions must refrain from using the e-shop and from transacting therewith. Any order shipment shall constitute your acceptance of this Agreement and of all terms and conditions provided herein.
Product orders / Sales agreement
Any placement of an order via the e-shop shall constitute a remote sales agreement, governed, among others, by Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended and currently in force, and by the relevant Greek and European legislation.
Orders placed via the e-shop shall be valid subject to the provisions of Greek Law regarding the legal competence of natural and legal persons.
Consequently, representatives of legal persons may also place orders and “zoubeeyaya” reserves the right to claim payment of any orders placed by legally incompetent persons from the guardians of such persons.
To place an online order, customers/users must first register on zoubeeyayas’ website by entering the data required for their identification (full name, e-mail address, phone number, Username and Password). Customers shall place their orders online and in written form against payment of the price featured on this website to “zoubeeyaya”, by filling in and sending the relevant Order Form available on zoubeeyaya.com. The orders shall be binding only if accepted by “zoubeeyaya” and the customers shall be informed of the status of their order through the Confirmation of Order, which is saved on zoubeeyayas’ systems, shown on the customer’s/user’s screen and then forwarded to them by e-mail.
The retail prices of the various products featured on the website pages shall be inclusive of VAT.
The various product offers shall be valid until the products go out of stock or until the end of the offer period.
For handmade and handpainted products there might be slight differences between the one you receive and the one shown in the photos. We try our best though so that you get what you see. Note that small differences in colours may have to do with different pc monitor calibrations or screen quality.
Custom orders are charged at least 15 euros more than the price of the item listed. The actual final price will be announced to the customer after it is discussed and decided by both parts what changes or additions the customer would like to be done.
Order confirmation
Before finalizing your online order, please make sure all required fields are filled out correctly. Upon placing your order, you shall receive a confirmation e-mail including all details regarding your order. Please keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us. You are obliged to review the details of the Order Confirmation and to notify “zoubeeyaya” in writing (within 2 hours from receipt of the aforementioned Order Confirmation at the latest) of any error; otherwise, the details included in the Order Confirmation shall also apply for the purposes of the Agreement.
Order modification
Orders placed on the system of zoubeeyaya.com cannot be modified. However, you may cancel your order and create a new order at no extra charge within two (2) hours from the placement of your online or phone order. Should one or more products not be available, you may request the partial shipment of your order. Customers may modify their orders by e-mail and shall be notified of any costs and the subsequent procedure for the modification of their order.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order by calling us on +302761023119, +306948000710 (within Greece) or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Depending on the status of your order, you shall be notified of the options at hand. However, should you cancel your order after your products have been delivered to the courier service, you shall be charged with the shipping cost (i.e. the cost of shipping the products to you and returning them to us).
Consumer rights
You are reminded that “zoubeeyaya”, being the vendor, shall be obliged to deliver the product you order with the agreed properties and with no real defects, otherwise you shall have the rights stipulated in article 534 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code, including the right to repair or replacement of the defective product, the right to refund or the right to withdraw from the Agreement under the following terms. Should a product need to be returned due to zoubeeyaya’s fault, “zoubeeyaya” undertakes to send the courier service to the address you have indicated in your order, in order to receive the product to be returned at its own cost.
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 calendar days without providing any explanation. The deadline for withdrawal shall expire within 14 calendar days from the day following the one on which you or a third party (other than the courier) appointed by you have taken physical possession of the goods. In this case, you shall only be charged with the direct cost of returning the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by submitting a clear statement to this effect (e.g. a letter) sent by post or e-mail to the following address or e-mail: Zoumpoulis Anastasios, 3, Meliou Str., 24500 Kyparissia, tel. +30 27610 23119, +30 6944411073, (within Greece), e-mail: [email protected]. You may use the template withdrawal form available HERE, however, it is not mandatory. Should you make use of this possibility, you shall receive without delay a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail). In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawal, you only have to send your statement on exercising your right to withdraw before the deadline for withdrawal expires.
Consequences of withdrawing
Should you withdraw from this agreement, you shall receive a full refund of the money we have received from you (including the delivery cost), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day we are notified of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. The above refund shall be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In any case, you shall not be charged with any cost for such refund. “Zoubeeyaya” reserves the right to not proceed with the refund before the products are returned or before you provide evidence of having sent the products back, whichever comes first. You shall be obliged to return the products to us at the following address: Anastasios Zoumpoulis, 3 Meliou Str., 24500 Kyparissia, tel. +30 27610 23119, +30 6944411073, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from the agreement. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before the 14-day period expires. You are reminded that if you exercise your right to withdraw you shall be charged with the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall be obliged to return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. with its packaging intact and confirming that its special markings have not been removed. Furthermore, you shall be obliged to return the retail sale receipt together with the product.
How to return a product (except in cases of withdrawal)
In case of a product return, the following options are available: refund, replacement of the product and substitution with another product of the same value, if your product is out of stock, depending on your wishes and in consultation with us. The customer, and not “zoubeeyaya”, shall bear the cost of returning the package, as well as the shipping cost for the new package, except where the return is due to our fault (e.g. defective product). Products that are part of an offer may be changed only for the same product of a different color and size, provided that such products are available.
Returned products shall be accepted under the following cumulative conditions:
-You have contacted “zoubeeyaya” on the same or the following business day, indicating the invoice/receipt date/number, as well as the reason for the return, and you have returned the products immediately after that.
– The products are in the same condition in which you received them, with their packaging intact and with their special tags in place.
– The products are sent with a copy of the receipt or a consignment note in case an invoice had been issued.
– The products are sent with a note from you explaining the reasons for the return and describing any other characteristics of the product of the same value you wish to replace it with (e.g. different color, size, etc.). Alternatively, you may ask us to credit the amount corresponding to the value of the product you are returning so that you may use it for your next purchase and at the latest within six months from the date of the return receipt. In the special case that the return is due to a confirmed product defect, you may, in addition to the aforementioned options, request a refund.
– You have received an e-mail with a written approval of the return from “zoubeeyaya”.
If the above conditions are met, you may send the products to be returned to the following address: “zoubeeyaya”, 3 Meliou Str, 24500 Kyparissia Tel. +30 2761023119, +30 6944411073” In case of a product return, depending on the payment method you had chosen for your order and the return method, the refund shall be completed (except in withdrawal cases) within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day on which we received the products. Upon receiving the products, we shall process your request immediately and notify you by e-mail on the method and deadline for its satisfaction.
Note:
All products returned to “zoubeeyaya” shall undergo quality control. For your convenience, we suggest you check thoroughly -upon receiving your order- the condition of the products and their packaging for any obvious defects and alterations. Should a defect be detected on the returned product during quality control, “zoubeeyaya” shall contact you to remedy the issue.
All packages shipped by “zoubeeyaya” are checked thoroughly and sealed securely. Should you detect any defect, please share your concerns in writing by e-mail, attaching a picture of the product in the condition in which you received it, and contact “zoubeeyaya” immediately (on the same day or on the business day following the delivery).
Should there be a problem with the content of your order or should you detect a defect on the received item, “zoubeeyaya” shall be charged with the return cost, provided that you return the item within 5 business days from the day you received it. Products returned from abroad shall be sent by post and you shall receive a refund of the shipping cost once the product has been delivered to us. The defective product shall be repaired accordingly or replaced and it shall be returned to you at zoubeeyayas’ cost. Should replacement not be possible, you may get another product of the same value or a refund of the amount you paid to buy your product in cash. Returned products shall be accepted for repair/replacement only if the defect is not the result of misuse.
Should it be confirmed that the defect is due to product misuse by the customer, the products shall be returned to the customer in the condition in which we received them and the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer in this case.
Payment methods
The products, prices, shipping terms (place, time, etc.) shall be those indicated in the Order Confirmation message. Payment shall be made before or upon delivery of the product in the following ways:
Payment of the order amount upon delivery of the product to the address you have suggested.
By credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO) issued by any bank.
Our expert partners in zoubeeyaya.com guarantee the security of your payments through an encrypted and secure connection. Payments shall be made through Eurobank’s secure environment (SSL 128 bit encryption). All bank account information shall be kept confidential.
Delivery method
We ship our products with Greek Postal Service (ELTA) at the time stated in the listing of every product, after clear payment. All packages are sent with registered mail.
Delivery time for parcels sent to Greece is 2-3 working days, for European Union 5-8 days and the rest of the world 8-20 days. Delivery time may be prolonged before and during holiday season.
Please be aware that packages that are sent outside European Union may be subject to custom taxes which are the buyer’s responsibility.
The ownership of the product shall be transferred after payment has been made in full. The risk shall be transferred upon delivery of the products to you or to the third party you have indicated for their receipt, except if you have chosen a courier service other than the one provided for herein, in which case the risk is transferred to the courier service upon delivery of the products to it.
Shipments within Greece shall take place every day, except for Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1.30 pm shall be processed on the same day. Orders placed Friday (after 1.30 pm), Saturday & Sunday shall be processed on the next business day.
The aforementioned delivery times are indicative and refer to business days (not including weekends and holidays), and they may vary depending on the situation and product availability.
“Zoubeeyaya” shall not be responsible for any delays in the fulfillment of orders (including delivery) due to reasons that are not its fault or due to force majeure and it reserves the right to extend fulfillment time. These reasons include, among others, strike action, acts of terrorism, war, problems related to the suppliers / transportation / production, government or legislative acts and acts of God.

The content of this website (including texts, graphics, images, pictures and software) is the intellectual and industrial property of “zoubeeyaya” and is protected by Greek, European and International Law.
